About us

Dr Hiwet Mariam Costa and Erica Ranzato met in 2017 at Kingston University London. They both have an academic background and when they decided to found Happy Mind Training in 2018, they joined their forces and knowledge with the aim to share educational research findings outside  the academic environment, promote research-based practice and develop and deliver effective research-based training programme to foster children development and empower parents, teachers and practitioners.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic research and everyday educational practice.
